FAQs

  • Reflexology is a complementary therapy rooted in ancient healing traditions (Egypt, China, India) and works alongside conventional medicine. It is based on the principle that organs and systems are mirrored on certain areas of the body (feet, face, hands or ears).

Feet, for instance, contain more than 7000 nerve endings and by applying gentle pressure on specific reflex points of the feet, reflexology aims at stimulating the body’s healing processes and supporting its return to a dynamic state of balance and wellbeing. improving blood circulation and sleep, bringing about a deep state of relaxation., that in turn reduces stress.

Another important aspect of reflexology is the holistic approach to wellbeing. As a holistic practitioner, I welcome you as a whole being with a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual side. You will be able to discuss your wellbeing with me and express yourself in a safe, confidential and calm atmosphere.

At the end of the treatment, you will have time to rest and we will have a conversation and discuss the session along with the best treatment plan for you.

  • Reflexology and Indian Head massage have a cumulative effect and a series of six treatments on a weekly basis is often recommended for optimal results.
